        PayPal is our preferred payment method. Payment is due within 3 days of auction close. If unpaid at this time, we reserve the right to re-list or offer the lot to the next highest bidder, and author an unpaid transaction record for any delinquency. T E R M S  O F  S E R V I C E

    We are not experts, nor do we have historical knowledge of our offerings, and often only come into ephemeral procession of antiques and collectibles, to introduce them to an audience. It is the responsibility of the buyer to secure all pertinent information about an item before bidding. Therefore, we sell all items As Is. And neither Cash Your Attic, nor the Consignor assumes any liability for condition, provenance or authenticity. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction or store by gross negligence. Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges. Refunds apply to item cost, not shipping and handling fees in any direction. Please contact for international shipping cost. Items may not be returned for description and color nuances (e.g.. height listed as 71" but was actually 69"). Some items are collected from Estates and Auction houses. These items are appraised by these sources. We believe in the accuracy of these sources, but we are not experts in any field, and make no appraisals ourselves. We only commute information and opinion given and found. We do not accept returns based on opinion debate or errors.


I N S U R A N C E

    Insurance is required on all silver, silverplate, china, pottery, camera equipment, glass, crystal, and all assumed fragile items. For non fragile items, Insurance is still strongly recommended. There will be no reimbursement from us, for damage to any item caused by any delivery service. For reimbursement, you must have insurance, and you must file a claim. The cost of coverage is .40 plus US Postal fees, or other fees for other delivery services. If you pay before invoiced, please include your insurance fee. If we invoice you separately for insurance, the fee will be US Postal fee plus $1.00. At all times, it is the buyers responsibility to assure they have insurance coverage.


S H I P P I N G

    We will ship, with the priority the buyer places on payment. That is, if you pay six days after an auction closes, we will ship on the sixth day, etc. In either case, 48 - 72 hours is standard turnaround for shipping. Your bid acknowledges all our policies. If you have any questions, please contact us. We bare no responsibility for customs delay, and do not factor customers turnaround into any shipping time estimate. We truly appreciate your business.
